Unemployment is of the biggest Issue which is directly or indirectly responsible for all the major challenges of our Country be it Poverty, Growing Crimes, Etc. In this Blog, I will try to give Macro Points by which how this "Complex Unemployment" problem could be solved at basic level. 1. Decentralisated and Area-specific skill development: {Eg} A Cluster of Village having Cattles like Cow, Buffalo, etc should be upskilled in the dairying sector. Also appoint a Professional Expert as a Mentor with the Group so he/she can guide the villagers in there Day to Day Implementation. This will ensure the distribution chain is being setup to get the Market access. 2. Integration of Social Security Initiatives: {Eg} In Anganwadis- Education, Health and Skills are given altogether.
